Given the recent change in Government guidance and as from Tuesday 3 November 2020, all group sessions are cancelled until further notice. However, the studio will remain open for one-to-one sessions for those with medical concerns. Advance bookings are essential for those requiring a one-to-one session and I must ask of you to observe the following precautionary measures when attending the studio:
to wear a facemask until you are in the studio;
do not attend any one to one session if you are experiencing any symptoms related to the Corona Virus;
as per public advice, please do not attend if you have been in contact with infected people or have been to one of the international hotspots recently;
please wash your hands thoroughly in hot soapy water for 20 seconds just before the session begins and after the session; and
bring your own yoga mat or alternatively a large towel. If this isn’t an option, you are welcome to use the mats at the studio (which will be cleaned before & after each session).
I will also ensure the following:
hands will be washed before and after each session;
the Studio will be cleaned before and after each session;
hand sanitiser will be available at the studio if need be;
as already stated, any mats provided are cleaned before & after each session; and
hands-on adjustments will be avoided for the time being.
In the spirit of yoga, let’s look after ourselves by drinking lots of water, eating freshly cooked food and perhaps taking a natural organic supplement to boost your immune system (I would suggest Moringa and/or a vitamin D3 supplement as winter approaches).
