Classes may resume in the Prana Vashya Yoga™ studio on 17th May 2021

Indoor group classes may resume in the Prana Vashya Yoga™ studio on 17th May 2021.

According to the Prime Minister’s Roadmap for reopening services, “Step 3” will be rolled out on 17th May 2021, and from this date organised indoor sport is allowed, which should cover indoor Yoga classes in studios. This may be subject to change and does depend on further clarification from the government but, for now, the 17th May 2021 looks very likely to be the date that yoga classes will start at the Prana Vashya Yoga™ studio.

With lockdown a great deal of stress has been put on us. Controlling this stress now becomes an important issue as we move out of lockdown.

In Prana Vashya Yoga™ the main emphasis is your breath. By concentrating on the breath – joining and expressing your every movement with each inhalation and exhalation - your body automatically starts to relax. The parasympathetic nervous system is triggered so the muscles soften and the mind calms. Your thoughts become less and less and appear to slow down and you feel centered in your inner being.
