Personal enquiry is traditionally practiced through the study of sacred texts and chanting. The support of a competent guide is helpful.
Self-awareness is fostered by self-reflection. Gradual discoveries come through regular and honest questioning. Without self-reflection, your practice of yoga is incomplete. At this point the personal ‘path of light’ is revealed.
