Yoga Sutra 3.32

mūrdha-jyotiṣi siddha-darśanam

The vision of perfect beings [comes from saṁyama] on the light of the skull

Mūrdha is a small area on top of your head, vertical to your heart when seated straight.

When saṃyama is performed with the object of this crown of your head, being the highest intellection, and at the time of the height of practice, there rises a power which draws in all knowledge.  The light from it illuminates the path to “the above”/the universe and helps you see or connect with others on the path, ‘seers’ and saints.
