prasaṃkhyāne-api-akusīdasya sarvathā viveka-khyāteḥ dharmameghah-samādhiḥ
Integration into a state of harmony proceeds from the realisation of a permanent and complete discrimination which occurs in the total absence of expectations
This is the culmination of the process of transformation mentioned in the previous sutra’s and, as ever, Patanjali’s words are loaded with particular meaning:
Prasankhyāna denotes the kind of wisdom that that leaves no room for any doubt.
Akusīda describes the complete absence of personal interest.
Viveka-khyāteḥ is the perfect/complete discrimination that arises in all circumstances and at all times.
Dharma-megha-samādhi is one of the most blissful states in yoga and cannot be adequately described in words. That said, how it feels is not important; only getting there is.
