kṣaṇa-pratiyogī pariṇāmā-aparānta-nirgrāhyaḥ kramaḥ
As time and change are like counterparts of movement; this is recognised once transformation has occurred
The succession of moments defines change. When two conflicting potential outcomes collide a conclusion of evolution occurs. Karma is the collection of a series of moments that have a sense of continuity. When you see a cherry, you usually do not think about the blossom and tree from where it originated or the continuous process of transformation that converted the pollinated blossom flower into a ripe fruit with specific characteristics like colour, taste, etc.
The Yogi sees all. Abiding in full awareness at the end of the yogic path, the notion of time ceases.
