Yoga sutra 2.35
ahiṁsā-pratiṣṭāyāṁ tat-sannidhau vairatyāgaḥ
Animosity disappears when you are deeply rooted in the art of non-violence within
It is often your own fears that cause you to react with aggression and such impulses take many forms.
Some wise individuals successfully establish deeply within themselves the energy of non-violence. This expresses itself as love and respect for others. Any form of tension vanishes in the presence of such enlightened beings.
