brahmacarya-pratiṣṭhāyāṁ-vīrya-lābhaḥ
When self-restraint is perfectly established extraordinary internal vitality is obtained
In everyday modern life you waste much energy through lack of physical, mental, moral sensual and emotional balance. This is not so if you firmly establish the practice of yoga to the extent that you are unwavering in your pursuit of self-improvement.
