tasya praśānta-vāhitā saṁskārāt
Because of this profound tendency, a consistent practise flows from it
All the practises described by Patañjali thus far, i.e. the eight limbs of yoga, produce a mental transformation, that is an undisturbed peaceful state arises (praśānta) radiating peace. Others may bath in your light. In short, through practice, you are able to enjoy a flow of undisturbed peace.
